1. Who is responsible for your data

2. What data we collect
- Purchase data: name, email and billing details entered at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe: we never see or store your card details.
- Email data: your email address, used to send you the book and related emails.
- Browsing data: IP address, browser and device type, pages visited.
- Cookies and similar tools: described in the cookie policy.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis

We never sell your data.
5. Transfers outside the EU
Some providers are based in the United States. Transfers take place under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or, where it does not apply, under the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Order and billing records: as long as required by tax law, up to 10 years.
- Email address: until you unsubscribe.
- Google Analytics data: 14 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, and receive it in a portable format. Where processing is based on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise your rights, write to hello@thedreamyvegan.com. We reply within 30 days. You can also lodge a complaint with the data protection authority of your country.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated. The date at the top shows the latest version.
